fabrication of headers
Our products for the industrial-, energy and environmental technology fields are manufactured at Gummersbach. The assembly of distributors and headers with its ends and nozzles as well as the pre-assembly of heating surface bundles with their support lugs and stay tubes constitute the main part of the boiler components we produce.
Necessary processing like bending or milling is executed in close cooperation with
qualified sub-contractors.
Included are both, thermal pre- and after treatments as well as testings by our internal quality assurance or external audit companies.
Fabrication of membrane walls
We can fabricate tube-fin-tube wall elements up to an 18 m length and 2 m width, maximum.
WPQ tests for materials like P235GH, 16Mo3, 13CrMo44, 10CrMo 9-10 are available. All common sizes and pitches can be produced.
Furthermore, we manufacture complex tube wall designs according to
the clients’ requirements.
